Dijon, the capital of the Burgundy Dijon is a town located in Burgundy region and home to more than 150,000 inhabitants. The town is probably most famous for its mustard. With an exceptional architectural heritage, the city of Dijon has 97 hectares of remarkably preserved monuments. Dijon is the gateway to the world renowned Côte de Nuits vineyards.
